You maybe feel angry&boring when you bought a new battery which can not work. But just come down, you can email to the sales after service,or do the below stops to try to fix it well first.
1.Please check whether the battery contacts the laptop properly.
Contacting improper can not make the battery charged even if the communication data of the battery is readable. In this case, try to unplug and plug thebattery for more times. If you hear a clatter after inserting the battery into the laptop, it is generally regarded as proper contact. Try inserting for more times, and you will know whether the laptop contacts the battery properly.
2.Please install the new battery to another compatible laptop or use another compatible original adapter to charge the new battery to check the battery is ok or not. Such as if you bought a battery HP 729892-001. You can try to install it to HP Pavilion TS 11 note book to check if the battery is ok or not.
3. Please try to update BOIS version or change the power options.
4.Please try to check if there are some programs to prevent your notebook from using the market batteries.
5.The battery you ordered is brand new. So we have to activate it at the first use.
Please install your new battery in the right way. Using the laptop with adapter disconnected until the laptop shut down by itself. Then using the original adapter to charge the new battery for 24 hours. Please do this charge and discharge process for several times.
